Mimo — Private Concierge Communication

Program Description

Mimo is an SMS and voice messaging service that connects concierge staff with VIP guests through temporary, masked phone numbers. When a concierge creates a session, both parties are assigned a shared proxy number. All calls and texts are routed through this number so that neither party's real phone number is revealed. Sessions expire automatically after a set duration.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive an initial confirmation text when a session is activated, and any messages sent by the other participant will be relayed to you. No recurring or promotional messages are sent.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Mimo does not charge for the service, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS and voice calls sent or received through the proxy number.

Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to the proxy number at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also ask the concierge to close your session, or wait for the session to expire automatically.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.
