How Mimo Works

Private communication for luxury hospitality — no apps, no exposed numbers.

1. Your host gives you a number

A member of the hospitality team shares a private phone number with you — in person, verbally or on a card. This number is a masked line managed by Mimo.

2. You text to connect

Send a text to the number to start a private conversation with your host. By texting this number, you consent to receive session messages from Mimo. No forms, no sign-ups.

3. Your number stays private

Both sides communicate through masked numbers. Neither party sees the other's real phone number. When the session ends, the connection is closed and the number is no longer active.

• You will receive a confirmation when connected and a notification when the session ends — up to 3 system messages per session.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support.
• Your mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
